What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The trail between fast travel points in the game Hub doesn't render correctly when looking at it in first person from specific angles. Going into wireframe, you can see that the polygons are wrong as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go outside of the garden galaxy (like in the second attached screenshot), go into first person view, look at the line that connects fast travel points, move your camera around until you see the problem.
I've tried native and 4x resolution, OpenGL and Vulkan, default graphics settings and changing most of them to see if any fixed it, but none seemed to matter.
I don't know if this happens on the original Wii hardware, but i doubt it.

The screenshot is not with native resolution nor settings (and with a texture pack), but i've tried with everything at default as well, i just didn't take the screenshot again.

Considering there have been other weird effects in this game, I think it's 100% possible this could happen on console.

Yeah actually, this seems to make sense, instead of having these stripes to render back faces as well, they invert their polygons normals in the point that is perpendicular to the camera.

Confirmed, this does happen on console, so it's not a bug in Dolphin.
