[Yes/No and version number here]

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. • Status changed from New to Questionable

"wiimotes motion plus axes X/Y cross reversed" does not make any sense.

You are going to have to make a video or something if you can't describe it better than that.

I understand, I joined you a picture of a Wiimote with the cross axes and the direction I obtained in games.
As you can see, the direction are reversed (inverted?). The top is left, the right is top....
I can reproduce this bug in each game that need the Wiimote cross axes, like "New Super Mario Bros".

Oh, okay. That's not MotionPlus, that's the d-pad. You probably just need to enable the setting "Sideways Wii Remote".

Could you tell me where coud I find this option? Is this option compatible with a real Wiimote?

Oh, it's a real Wii Remote? Then you just need to make sure you're holding it the right way. New Super Mario Bros. Wii shows the correct way to hold it when you start the game.

When I push the top D-PAD you obtain left...I don't think it is what it is expected in the game. It is a bug or a bad option.

No, that is literally how the game works.

Finally, after viewing this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blQ1VT7pmB8 it seems the D-PAD works as expected. Thank you for your help.
