Some text in the game isn't showing the right way.

Just start the game. Sometimes it shows right on startup. Most of the times it's broken.

Yes, present in Dolphin 5.0-9466 and Dolphin 5.0-6587.

Check if setting the texture cache accuracy to medium or safe fixes it.

Sliding it to safe does indeed fix the issue. I discovered it's an issue with Dance on Broadway (SBYP41) too. I will commit edited game INI files soon.
