Description

When changing EFBToTextureEnable via the game properties menu, the following settings are set:

[Video_Settings]
EFBToTextureEnable = True

This does not work since the setting needs to be placed under [Video_Hacks]

[Video_Hacks]
EFBToTextureEnable = False

I am using the latest dev version (5.0-9569)
