macOS Mojave 10.14.3
The "Open in External Editor" option in the game config editor does not work, nothing happens when it is selected.

Okay, I thought I did already but I guess I didn't.
Could there be an error message if there isn't already a default application assigned to open ini files? That seems better than nothing happening.
