What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

[The game got messed up colors in the intro and in gameplay on some characters ]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[(Choose the DX12 renderer and run the game with the GPU Texture Decoding option on(doesn't matter if its on safe or fast]

(GPU:AMD Radeon 530(in use for this issue
(Intel UHD 620(not in use
RAM: 8 GB]

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

[The issue happens only on DX12 and only with the AMD GPU.]

yep GPU texture decoding in DX12 is really screwed up for me too
