This text and link were obviously set here before Dolphin had a built-in updater, and now that the updater is on all planned platforms this text seems somewhat unnecessary.
Though to be honest I'm iffy on removing this as it could still be useful sometimes, like as a backup link if the updater isn't working or just as general link for where to download Dolphin.
Just posting this to get some other opinions from developers.
