WIIScrubber edited ISO, only replaces music and intro video. Works fine on Dolphin and real Wii.
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
In QT, logs are still being written after exiting emulation during intensive [IOS_SD]: DMA Reads. WX did this faster and with noticeably less stuttering.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Set Brawl as default ISO
- Enable the SD card
- Extract and place attached SD.raw in appropriate location
- Run Gecko OS on latest master, launch Brawl, go past the start screen, observe the Select Mode screen.
- Immediately exit emulation (if you wait the logger will have time to catch up to what you're doing)
- Observe that information is still being written to the log.
- Compare with WX in 5.0-7060 and see that information isn't being written to the log after ending emulation.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Yes, 5.0-10039
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
I didn't test builds before QT became the default.

We're doing asynchronous logging as to not slow-down emulation, so it is expected for it to lag behind a bit.
Wx was also notorious for crashing when writing to the logging window at certain points, so I'm not sure the speed can be 100% replicated.
I'll hand this off to JMC for now.
