On Windows 10, the properties dialog for GameCube games isn't wide enough and forces the use of scrolling arrows for the tabs. However, Wii games do not have this issue despite having the same number of tabs.

This is going to vary with different UI themes, so we opted to just leave it alone for now.

And also with different languages.
Not sure why it's different between GC and Wii for you, though... For me, both of them need arrows, and I'm also on Windows 10.
