What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

A dtm replay made during netplay with Mii data loaded but no save file present will desync.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If there is any save data for Mario Kart Wii, delete it and then start a netplay game with "load Wii save" checked. Also make sure you have your own custom Miis. When you go to create a file, the custom Mii data should show up, so select one of them and then close the game and save the replay. When the replay is played back, the custom Miis will not show up, resulting in a desync. If Mario Kart Wii already had a save file before starting the game online, the Mii data would show up correctly when playing back the replay. I also briefly tested this with Namco Museum Megamix with the same result.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

This problem is present in 5.0-10413 and dates back to Mii netplay support being introduced in 5.0-10065. This issue doesn't appear when recording replays offline, because you can only record a replay with no save file and no Mii data or with save files and Miis, unlike on netplay, where you can load Miis but have no Wii save data. Mii data is located in the following folder. Dolphin-x64\User\Wii\shared2\menu\FaceLib
