Keyboard controlls dont work in game

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Test Keyboard before opening a game.
2. Keyboard controlls work
3. Open game
4. Keyboard controls no longer responsive
5. close game
6. keyboard controls not reponsive until I close and re open dolphin.
