What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
A green flickering line appears in the main menu and ingame. In the bottom of screen. Is quite annoying. This can be solved only by setting the IR x4.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes I can confirm. Also happens in Pandora's Tower (on the sides), and Resident Evil 4. I keep testing. I'm on 4670K GTX 1070 Win7 SP1.
