What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Sometimes during cutscenes or during normal play the game will lockup, but not quite completely, it'll freeze the video on a frame but voice dialog will still play as normal. Detail log shows OpCode Errors for VideoCommon/Opdecoding.cpp:421
with a warning from FIFO being overflowed by GatherPipe ! CPU thread is too fast
with more errors followed after saying an error has occurred Line 20 VertexShaderGen.cpp Inore and Continue? it would also try to send an error report to the server but it fails because it times out.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just running the game out the box with it's default settings.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

Extra Notes: While it did recommend disabling Dual-Core, the issue can still happen, just not as frequent.

I can throw you some experimental branches that may fix this if you want to try something. They may be a bit slower than master, but your computer is probably fast enough that it won't matter.
