What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
In the level 'Bee Mario takes flight' (and probably in the other levels which share the same skybox), the skybox has a sort of dither patern. The hardware backends display this correctly but the software renderer creates a sort of interference pattern.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Play the level 'Bee Mario takes flight' and look at the sky with software renderer.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
5.0-10879
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Yes.
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I can see a dither in both images, although the software backend shows odd repeating lines. I can't tell if this is just a scaling artifact from your window resolution though, as the HUD elements also look weird.

They are part of the skybox, when moving the camera they stay in the same place in the sky. It seems to be that the edges of the textures overlap incorrectly as the lines are on the edges of the texture.

Could you upload a three frame fifolog as per the issue template? It'd be very helpful for looking into this.
