What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When playing the Air Ride or City Trial modes, most objects in the environment will render as entirely black or grey.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. The issue only occurs on certain devices, and it might also require Direct3D 11 on Windows. This seems to be dependent on LogicOps support.
  2. Open Kirby Air Ride.
  3. Proceed as normal into Air Ride or City Trial.
  4. Upon loading, most of the environment will be black or gray.

Screenshots and a fifolog are attached. The fifolog for City Trial was too big to be attached, but can be provided if needed.

Windows 10 PC with the bug:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3230M, 2.60 GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
RAM: 8 GB
Backend: Direct3D 11

Windows 10 PC without the bug:
CPU: Intel Core i3-8100, 3.60 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
Ram: 8 GB
Backend: OpenGL or Direct3D 11

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

The non-working Windows 10 PC throws the error at https://dolphin-emu.org/m/user/blog/progress-report/2019-july/logicopsdetection.png when switching to D3D11. Additionally, using the software renderer or the "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" adapter option fixes the issue, albeit at unplayable framerates.

A log from the non-working Windows 10 PC is also attached.
