What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When toggling the state of "Enable usage statistics reporting", sometimes the wrong description for the option appears. It seems to be inconsistent about what description it uses, or if it uses any at all. It seems to use the description of the last option you changed. See attached screenshots.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In the General Settings menu, toggle the "Enable usage statistics reporting" option a couple times. Nonsensical descriptions usually appear.
