What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Default settings. In Wii version I have pink or green line at the bottom of the screen. In GC version screen flashes pink when I quit inventory menu. If I check hack "immediately present XFB", the issue disappears. But introduced a different issue. Grey or brown screen flashes when I change menus or a scene in the game changes. Plus when shaders compile, the game shows unfinished geometry for few a few moments.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

On default settings:

  1. Pink screen flash. Only GC. Enter and quit inventory.
  2. Green or pink line at the bottom of the screen. Affects only Wii versions. Present almost constantly ingame.
  3. Grey/brown screen flash. Both GC and Wii. Enable "immediately present XFB". The most noticeable before any video cutscene. After starting the game, for example.
  4. Unfinished geometry is shown when shaders are being processed. Both GC and Wii. Enable "immediately present XFB". Talk to driver right in the beginning or basically any action that requires extra shader work.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Tried it on version 11333 and then on 11516.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

Green/pink line (Wii) plus flashing pink/green screen (GC) appear if XFB (real) is enabled. If disabled, then gray/brown screen appears and incomplete geometry. If "virtual" used, both issues seem to disappear.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

Added a screenshot from Wii. These issues are extremely easy to reproduce.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Does the pink screen issue go away if you turn off Store XFB Copies to Texture Only?

I wonder if the issue with the line at the bottom of the screen could be an issue that happens on console but that is hidden by the overscan of TVs...

Immediately Present XFB is a hack, so having some graphical problems when it's enabled is to be expected.

Nope. The issue remains.

Yes. It goes away, but like I said in the OP, the gray screen before the CGI intro appears.

It appears I can't edit my posts, sorry for confusion.

On Wii pink line goes away, but green line remains if you open inventory or in the title menu. About the gray splash before the intro CGI, it's probably my mistake, because it seems to be there in with any option. Other CGI videos don't seem to trigger it if XFB hacks are off. So looks like GC version is resolved. Wii has green line issue.

I can enable crop on Dolphin and it will hide the green line on Wii version, but looking at Wii capture videos on YT, the image doesn't look cropped and green line isn't there.

If it's a green line that's at the very edge of the screen, there is a chance this actually happens on console outside of the "safe" area that T.V.s show. I've seen this in certain games with the XFB.

I checked it further and green line is absent in 4x3 mode. It seems to appear only in 16x9 mode. I hope someone with an actual Wii can check it out.

Still the same issue in 5.0-13963

The only issue I can really reproduce is the green line on the bottom of the Wii version. All the others are fixed via more accurate settings.

Can you share the settings?

I see it with default settings in 16:9 mode on on Wii version. If crop isn't enabled it's always there during menus and intro. It doesn't show during actual gameplay.
