Issues #11862 and #11867 are network connectivity bugs which cause DJ Hero 1 & 2 to hang just after the title screen. The workaround is to delete the 3 .pem files, which disables online and lets you go ingame, but not without clicking through an annoying popup about "Could not read a file required for SSL services". To go back online, you have to restore or reextract the .pem files.
Pending proper fixes for these 2 issues, can there be a new GUI/ini toggle that can toggle WFC connectivity? This would avoid the annoyances of messing with .pem files and clicking through popups for these games.

We're planning on fixing these issues instead, unless you're saying even with the pull request it still freezes.
