DX12: While going in the water and jumping a couple of times, 1/4th of the screen gets covered by the loading screen and flashing, but it would not show up in snapshots.

Vulkan: Glithes while loading, sometimes it's fine and shows the text, other times its just white rectangles. Then 1/4th of the screen is covered with the loading screen and flashes. Shows up in snapshot (below)

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

5.0-11608

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

Unsure but this wasnt happening about 2 months ago.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

Unsure, but wasn't happening around month ago

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Ryzen 3600x, GTX 1080 Ti FE, Windows 10 1909, 16GB DDR4

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

[Anything else here]

This is fixed by disabling both XFB hacks, which should already be disabled automatically by the game INI for this game. Are you sure you haven't manually overridden those two settings to be enabled?

Ah wait, what I said only applies to issues that occur at the loading screen itself. The issue you are describing with D3D12 can be fixed by disabling dual core or possibly by enabling Sync GPU.

Disabling Dual-Core seems to alleviate the issue indeed, but I cannot find that 'Sync GPU' setting you mentioned.

It's not in the general config GUI, but it's in the per-game settings GUI ("Synchronize GPU thread").
