What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When trying to boot any title with Vulkan in latest Dolphin builds, there is nothing displayed on screen, but there is audio.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Select Vulkan
- Open file

No
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting.
