What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When using stereoscopic 3D with Vulkan, lines appear doubled on the left eye and thin/jagged on the right eye. It looks like only half of each quad is being rendered in the right eye, with the other half being rendered in the left eye.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Enable stereoscopic 3D and set the backend to Vulkan. Run any Metroid Prime game and open the map.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, 5.0-11701.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

The Vulkan backend does not exist in Dolphin 5.0.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible.

Fifolog and screenshot attached, both are captures of the map screen from Metroid Prime 2.

What are your PC specifications?

Intel Core i5-8600K, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, Windows 10.

I can't reproduce this. Your fifolog renders as expected in SBS 3D with Vulkan on Linux.

I can reproduce this on windows with GTX 1060. DX12 actually crashes Dolphin when trying to play the fifolog: DX12::DXContext::ExecuteCommandList failed.
