Description

Please add an explanation of each check mark box (such as "enable MMU," etc.) under the Dolphin Settings < Advanced screen, upon hovering the mouse over them.

I'm not sure if a reasonable explanation of MMU emulation can fit in the UI.

Perhaps not a description of what MMU is, but we could probably fit a description of the advantages and disadvantages.

https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/8809 will add a tooltip for Advanced Pane's MMU option, but if people want to change it I'll leave this open.
