What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Nunchuck X+ and Y+ are always 0. X- and Y- will respond to opposite directions. (e.g. X- is positive for both left and right)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Connect a wiimote and nunchuck and enable connect wiimote to emulated controllers. Try to map controls, and observe the input responding with opposite directions. Also use the right click mapping to see the inputs malfunctioning.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
5.0-11817

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
No, the option didn't exist

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version?
I checked 5.0-11684 (introduction of this feature). Still happens there

What are your PC specifications?

Win10 1903
i5-6600k
gtx 1060

I can confirm this happening on my end as well. Version 5.0-11832.
This same issue can also be replicated by using the Classic Controller, so I would say this seems to be a problem not with the Nunchuck specifically, but with the code relating to handling analog input in general.
