What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Decoding quality disabled with cubeb.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In Settings/Audio windows, in the Backend settings part. If you go from Cubeb to WASAPI then back to Cubeb, "Decoding quality" remain disabled.
