What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
wii remotes won't connect to dolphin after 5.0-11824 update. all four LEDs keep flashing, wiimote doesn't show up connected devices, wii games say Wii Remote 1 Disconnected
What steps will reproduce the problem?
connecting a wii remote. tried with continuous scanning on and off, wii remote 1 set to both real and emulated

im sorry but that thread says the program is broken and i don't have the time or energy to test other versions

bluetooth adaptor is some random one i got from amazon which could very well be the issue but i doubt it is

We need to know exactly what bluetooth adapter you have, and whether you're using the OS bluetooth stack with emulated bluetooth, or bluetooth passthrough. Also you did not mention what OS are you using, which is explicitly requested in the template.

This is one of those cases where there isn't much we can really do. Bluetooth is a pain in the ass and we aren't able to reproduce the issues. That means we can't really help without someone who has the issue debugging it themselves. In fact, I think that the forums would be better for "can't connect Wii Remote" issues because you're likely to run into other users that have had the same issues and figured out ways around it.
tl;dr: Bluetooth sucks.
