What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The game freezes after the two intro cutscenes. I tried it with both Chris and Jill and it didn't work for either.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Simply starting a new game will produce it.

Cannot reproduce. Please ensure that you have any cheats disabled. You may also want to disable dualcore as that is known to cause bugs in many games.
Unless you can bisect to the build that caused your issue, there's not much else I can do to help.
