Mapping window 'top bar' unresponsive after remapping

Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
After remapping 2 buttons/actions, the top bar of the window becomes unresponsive. The window can't be dragged and can't be closed with the close button in the top right corner. The close button in the bottom right corner does still work.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(re)Map at least 2 buttons/actions. I tried wiimote and hotkeys.

No.
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting.
