What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When I zip up a portable build for a friend with a user style applied the style doesn't work without going into the options and turning the style off and then on again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Apply a user style and theme, zip it, upload it and let someone else download it and unzip it.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
