After updating the game list doesn't work. You need to close and then restart the emulator.

After some testing and discussion on IRC, it seems like this only happens when you are using relative paths for the game list. So maybe the updater is launching Dolphin using a different working directory than usual. Seems like a valid bug in the updater.
