Description
Whenever you overwrite a game's settings.ini inside Dolphin on Android and Android TV, the ActionReplay, Gecko and OnFrame sections get deleted.
This is particularly annoying with Twilight Princess, as it requires an OnFrame code to fix performance on Hyrule Field.

We should probably make the Android GUI use the C++ INI parser. Cheat codes and patches getting deleted is due to a missing feature in our Java INI parser.
