vs: 0/0 ps: 0/0 and stereo disabled messages blocking the screen

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Every game windows show two green text messages. The top has vs: 0/0 etc and the bottom has the message "stereo disabled". I could not find any way to disable them and deleting any of the files and redownloading did not help.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
It has occurred on every version I have used.

That doesn't look like any of Dolphin's ways of rendering text. I wonder if this is some kind of overlay added by an external program...

This is 3DMigoto, you must have downloaded a mod from somewhere.
You can disable/enable it with press of 0 (zero) on your numpad.
