What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
[when dolphin dumps textures it will sometimes dump textures that arnt textures at all but currupted images ive been working on an HD Texture Project and im noticing allot of images that dont make sense at all they are abstract and sometimes blanks with gfx corruption. I found out it wasn't just me having the issue after inspecting a new guys HD Texture pack for Luigis mansion. Some images appear as if its black and white with static corruption at the top]

Some games do use textures like these. It would be difficult for Dolphin to tell which textures you would find useful to dump and which textures you wouldn't.

these seem to pop up around transition loading screens and FMVs you can repro the dumps simply by entering the first stage in Super Mario Sunshine. these frames dont look normal and are not used anywhere in game it just looks like broken textures

Have you only seen this in Gamecube games?
Did you try bisecting to see which version this started in?

This seems to be an issue with GameCube mostly. it happens in Wii games but to a lesser extent. Im not sure when this started because i haven't used the texture dumping option until recently

I will do a more in depth look at wii games tomorrow. I am noticing when FMV frames are dumped they arnt in color though sonic Colors will dump its frames in color. Im wondering if an option to disable dumping video frames can be implemented.

Yea This barely happens in wii games at all if at all its more blatantly obvious on GameCube games
