What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try to move the IR pointer to the edge of the screen

I'm using default values (reset via the new "default values" button). Does this problem not occur on your phone with default values for IR sensitivity settings?

I do have the problem with the default values. (I tested the home menu in Xenoblade Chronicles.) It's impossible to have a set of defaults that's reasonable for every game (if you try to get the whole screen to be reachable in e.g. Skyward Sword then the cursor is way too fast in most games), but it seems like the Android defaults are lower than the normal defaults, so maybe we should change the Android defaults to match?

I haven't looked into a solution for this issue yet since I was waiting to see if https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9208 is acceptable. If the default values for Android don't match normal defaults, it's worth trying normal defaults. Wii Sports is the game I use for IR pointer testing.

Oh yeah, those values work nicely for me. I'll test them with a few more games and if it is an improvement for most of them, I'll submit a PR.
