What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Dolphin won't open, I tried everything, reinstalling drivers, r-i .net framework, r-i Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable (x64), extracting both with winrar and 7zip, etc. Nothing works.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Idk at all.

I used the latest versions that have come up to this day (today's 11/4/2020)
Both BETA and Development versions.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

I've tried with 5.0 too. Not working.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Yes, I have a video showing the problem on 2 versions I have, one for a mod of smash bros brawl which surprisingly is the only one that got to open but only on the Dolphin versions of "performance" and "quality". And the normal one.
