2nd Wiimote disconnects at emulator start

Description

When two real Wiimotes are configured and both get paired before a game is launched, the 2nd Wiimote gets disconnected upon game start. Its four LEDs will turn on and stay on. It will become unresponive.

You didn't follow the issue template. There are some games that will disconnect the second Wii Remote on bootup, such as Donkey Kong Country Returns. A lot of games do this to save battery until you actually go to a 2 player mode, at which point you can then connect them.
