closed[macOS] Dolphin hangs on exit with Wiimote Continuous Scanning on

Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When continuous scanning is enabled and at least one controller is set to Real Wiimote, but not connected, Dolphin can hang on exit if a game is not booted.
Once a Wiimote is connected, it will not hang on exit.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enable Real Wiimote
- Turn on continuous scanning
- Don't connect Wiimote
- Close Dolphin

This is a known macOS issue. Confirmed on my own 2018 MacBook Pro 13in.
