What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

I am unable to play co-op with my friend. The game load and plays fine for me, the host, but he is unable to press start and join.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use NetPlay with two players and try to get them both to play Lego Harry Potter

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

[Intel i5, GTX 1650, Windows 10, 16gb RAM, 500GB SSD (which the game is stored on), this is a laptop.]

configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

We know that netplay and his controls work fine because we are able to play wii sports co-op with no problems. We are not sure what the problem is, which is why I'm here.
