  • Subject changed from Games crashing when holding frame advance keys to Frame Advance Hotkey Lag/Crashes
  • Status changed from New to Accepted
  • Milestone set to Current

I'm not having it crash in single core, but I am having it queue up a ton of events and causing the GUI to get very laggy. This isn't a good behavior regardless.

If anyone wants to reproduce the way the lag gets worse and worse, just click onto the Dolphin window's border to start "stretching it" and then hold your Frame Advance Hotkey and watch as it gets slower and slower and slower until the GUI eventually freezes until you let go and wait 15 - 20 seconds. If you hold it even longer, you could probably cause the hang to be so long that it's essentially a crash.
