What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Dolphin uses my controller for gamecube controller 1 even though I cleared it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Setup your gamepad for gamecube input 1.
Go to gamecube input 1 set your controller then clear it and clear every buttons (a,b etc.).
Launch a game. The controller still controls the input 1.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]
Non applicable

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here:

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Android oneplus 9 pro

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

By the way I want to clear input 1 because I want to use a physical controller for player 2 and overlay for player 1.
If you think it's weird to use both overlay and physical for different players it actually makes sense because gamecube is 4:3 and my screen is very very wide.

  • Operating system Android added
  • Operating system deleted (N/A)

If you change the Speed Limit setting to 10%, does the game run slower?

(I'm asking this in order to check how much of the settings system is broken for you)

Where the speed limit settings on android ?
Emulated cpu clock speed ? If it's the case it doesn't seem to affect mario party (with override enabled)
Anyway I fixed the bug by manually modifying dolphin.ini (see attached files, fixed is me manually removing binding).
It seems the clear button does not work as expected ?
