Alright, that's one important thing down. What happens if you turn full MMU emulation on? In options -> Configuration -> Advanced.

It looks like the game is running out of RAM for some reason. I know this game could crash on console, but it shouldn't be getting unknown pointers in Dolphin regardless. And obviously it doesn't crash every 15 minutes on console.

Can you try using DSP-LLE? It appears to be crashing in the audio emulation. I don't think this will fix it, but it'd give us more information if it crashed differently.
