What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

[Game soft-locks when a player enters Dyllis' restaurant in Flopside. Problem happens in newer builds of Dolphin, does not happen in build 5.0-1589]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[Go to Dyllis' restaurant, enter the building. The "enter a house" animation will start to play (view will rotate to a side view of the house) but the 'fade to clear' doesn't happen (it's already clear and you can see Dyllis and the inside of the restaurant), and the player is left outside of the door. It's as if the animation doesn't continue to completion, and as a result the player never regains control of the game.]

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Tested versions where the problem occurs:
[5.0-14318, 5.0-14311, 5.0-14095]

Tested version where the problem does Not occur:
[5.0-1589]

[No, version 5.0]

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. State of the game after entering Dyllis' restaurant (player is outside of the door, cannot control character, but idle animations and music are playing normally).
Player never walks into the restaurant, as a result, player can no longer control characters. Idle animations and music continue to play normally.

Can you please right click the game, go to Properties > Verify, verify integrity and post a screenshot of the results?

I attached the file 'data.bin', hopefully you can see it in this post. Load the save game, make your way to Dyllis' restaurant, and walk inside.

PharaohMarcos tested dev builds down to these results:

dolphin-master-5.0-14254-x64 Dev Works
dolphin-master-5.0-14257-x64 Dev Bugged - Changelog VideoCommon: Account for pixel quads in bounding box calculation (PR #9736 from Techjar)

It appears that something happened between builds 14254 and 14257 that is causing this issue. Thanks to PharaohMarcos for tracking down where the problem started!

If you need a work-around in the latest builds, you can disable bounding box and it'll load.
