Description

When using frameskip, EFB copy no longer works. You can dump the frames
but frames dumped when frameskip is on are blank, probably because they
weren't copied in RAM.

It works fine for me. Are you sure you haven't disabled it?

What version/operating system/game/settings are you using?

Well actually it only affects animated EFBs, like motion blur. Things like special
effects (heat waves) still work. Try Sonic Riders and the dash motion blur doesn't
work.

This doesn't even make sense. Of COURSE there are missing frames; it's SKIPPING THEM D:

what shuffle2 said :P

Do not fret, I noticed that too. The way to solve this is to stop copying the black
frames and keep the old ones instead. That would fix the problem.

If you ask me, This makes perfect sense.

There is no way to fix it besides rendering those frames, which would mean disabling
frameskip. My judgement is WontFix.

Does this issue still happen with the latest revision? I've added a small fix for
framedumping in OpenGL. Please retest this issue.
