What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

All the sources of light (colour lamps, projectors) have a colour light rings when looking from the distance, which disappear when reaching close to them (maybe it works as intended, but comparing to ps2 and xbox versions, where all the light rings stay at there places even at close distance, this behaviour looks suspisious).

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Starting the game, when reaching any race start line look above at the spectators' stands, where projectors are shining. From the distance the light rings are there, when close to a start line, they disappear.
