What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
If you go into any shop/store (closet/changing room) that shows the stomach/belly of a female, if you turn her around you can see double lines/shimmer on her. Video: https://youtu.be/8XjhjTW0tMU
The video doesn't show it very well, but I recommend viewing in-game (I have it at 3x native btw).

This issue also happens in face and shirt with OpenGL on. My original testing was done using Vulkan.

Does enabling Enhancements -> Per-pixel lighting help?

I can't seem to tell in the latest version. However, found out it looks even worse in Sims Bustin' Out! Try this outfit: https://i.imgur.com/huT2UWu.png
