There are seams visible in int top right quarter of the screen that are visible on hardware renderers at 1x IR, default settings, but not software renderer or console.

Use a hardware renderer and get to the main menu

Can you try this with Manual Texture sampling?

Tried with Manual Texture Sampling and there is no observable difference in this issue.
A fifolog and bisect was provided and the issue does not occur on the Software Renderer
