I can confirm this issue happens on Dolphin but not on Console.

This bug appears to go way back, Dolphin 5.0 is afflicted by the issue. I did not test back to Dolphin 4.0. The dff has the offset.

This issue only occurs when the game is in widescreen mode. If you choose 4:3 in Config -> Wii -> Aspect Ratio, then it should render correctly.

The actual issue seems to be related to the game drawing outside of the viewport (but within the scissor region) for its prerendered videos; Dolphin lacks the guardband and thus clips it overly aggressively resulting in blackness on the left side. Here are some images of how it renders internally: visualizing the viewport, behavior on hardware, behavior in dolphin, and location of EFB copies. Unfortunately this is something that will be annoying to emulate properly.

(I've also removed duplicate copies of the attachments.) (Also, the black borders versus borders with a decorative pattern in 16:9 mode is a game revision difference; PAL rev 0 and USA rev 1 have the decorative border and PAL rev 1 and USA rev 2 do not (to my understanding).)
