What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The sun and lens flare are missing in the first cut-scene of the first mission.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  • Select Vulkan or D3D12 in the Graphics > General tab
  • Start the game, start the first mission. In the first 5 seconds of the intro you can already (not)see the sun and lens flare.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes.

I think this Lens Flare is perf queries...

It'd be useful to know your PC's specs, specifically your graphics card.

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x

I think perf-queries may not work in all back-ends on AMD devices. More investigation will be needed. Thanks for the report.
