Graphics disappearing, sometimes entirely on left side of screen, with small rectangle unaffected to the right

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Dolphin has been uninstalled and reinstalled, problem seems to be default settings

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

The issue seems to disappear completely when a character is out of the main screen, i dont think it is a problem with too much going on

This will work when there are many characters on screen, but it glitches badly with two players with no one off screen

When i turn off "Store efb copies to texture only" the graphics are normal but the games slows significantly
