What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
This is the second disk I got with my copy of Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekidou that I dumped and it contains some bonus features for the main game disk. Unfortuantely, playing it on Dolphin isn't possible as the video files are stuttery.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Simply open the game and play a video and observe as the video is unwatchable due to stutteryness.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Yes, 16363
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Yes
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I've also attatched 6 frames of fifologs during the video streaming.
This game uses standard THP. It might just be a config issue, though I haven't been able to get it to work.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Ryzen 1600
GTX 1650
16GB Ram
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

This is a pretty remote Wii title to be fair - a bonus disk of a 2009 Japan only license game. I wonder if anyone's actually ever tried emulating it before?

Emulated lag... Interesting.
Could you try going to Config > Advanced and increasing the emulated CPU clock a bit? Try 120%, for instance.

Ooh, looks like that worked! 120% it drops a frame every 10 seconds, but at 125 it seems perfect. I guess this game doesn't have configs or they're not configured yet.
Thanks for your help, guess the config just needs fixing~

- Status changed from New to Duplicate
Unfortunately, this is kind of a hack, so I'm not sure if we want to set it in the config...
For now, I'll just file this issue as an issue with the emulated CPU timings.
