[Yes/No and version number here]

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

Reproduced on a M1 Mac Mini, unable to reproduce on my MacBook Pro 16" (2019) with an AMD Radeon Pro 5500M. Possibly a driver bug?

The fragment shader is outputting the color from the background texture fine, but for whatever reason the polygon is being rendered as all black or not being written to the color buffer.

Was unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 21H2 with a RTX 3070 on OpenGL or Vulkan. Seems more likely to be a M1 driver bug

I'm unable to reproduce this on my M1 Pro MacBook on macOS 13.0 with my own copy of the game with both the Vulkan and the Metal backend, using the latest version (5.0-17734). However, if I load the FIFO log attached to this issue, I get the same graphical issue.
I've attached a screenshot of the output using my own copy. The FIFO log output is the same as the one in the screenshot in the original description.
